Coffee is one thing I have an issue with addiction wise. It's not a psychological addiction... But a physiological one! All it takes is one cup a day for a few weeks and when I stop I get the worst headache ever! I never crave the coffee however... So while I can stop easily the pain is rather terrible and thus I think that for me coffee is something I should avoid!!
Or at least I should never get in a daily habit of it...

Coffee and large quantities thereof. I would have no personality without caffeine. When I'm back in the US, my usual routine is Starbuck$, quad-espresso and a Venti coffee.
If I didn't have coffee, I would end up doing the jumper cable thing from the movie "Crank" to wake up.

Shit... that's kinda sexy.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.
LMAO......I go 2-4 cups per day, depending on how much sleep I get.......no biggie.....I have been trying the bulletproof to get my fat on early in the day lately!
Nothing like a good cup of coffee or expresso with a bit a cocoa in it
Thanks to all who have given me so many responses to my query. And for those who were calling this thread a spam, it is just a link with a beautiful discussion over here. What's the big deal?
Anyways, coffee has been proved a very beneficial beverage for health. So is the tea. I recommend people to drink both. Not just the coffee or not just the tea. But take advantage of both the beverages. That is what I'm doing these days. I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning till noon and one cup of green tea in the evening after returning from gym.

We meant no harm. Pretty generally, we get weekly (or daily) drive by posts from profiles registered in less commonly encountered countries where the content usually links to a product or blog that supports it. We got confused is all.
I don't get withdrawals from coffee. I drink 1-2 a day. But have had phases where I drink 4 or so. I love it and you can pry it from my cold dead fingers.
