Just wondering I eat three but I am wondering if I am getting the right amount of calories a day. Example today I ate 3 eggs with pork then 3 hamburgers for lunch with a large salad for dinner a large salad and chicken breast and a whole avocado?

I usually eat 3 large meals a day. Sometimes I have two on my days off but that's only because I sleep in and i don't have enough time to in the day to fit in 3 meals.

You can track your calories for a couple of days to see where you are at as well.

If you aren't getting fat, you are fine.

I eat what works for my body. That changes as I change. Right now I'm between three meals and 1 or 2 snacks as my morning walk is getting longer and wanting it's own snack. It seems that a lot of men find they do better on fewer meals and women tend toward more.

Yes. It sounds like you are getting enough food but if losing more weight than you need, add more veges, primal dessert, a supper drink and/or extra snack. If not meeting your goals, then maybe temporarily dial back a little on the pork and hamburger.

For me, my ideal is four meals - breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner.

Sometimes I skip breakfast, sometimes I snack more. It varies.

That's interesting seeing how many times a day others eat. I don't really have a fixed number of meals. Usually i eat twice a day within an 7 hour window - 11:30 to 6.30

Well, I guess I would say 1-2 "meals" and then probably 2-4 snacks. Breakfast is definitely more of a snack, sometimes lunch is too. Dinner is usually an actual meal. Sometimes I have a snack in the afternoon, and I pretty much always have a snack late in the evening. Meals don't really sit well with me. I do much better on smaller amounts more frequently.

I eat 3 meals a day. Today I was so hungry I ended up eating bits of my lunch before lunch. So in the end I guess it'll be 5 meals for me today.
