    Eating liver and burping..

    Hey guys,

So I noticed I always end up burping a lot after I eat beef/chicken liver. At one point I even had some kind of indigestion from it. Last night I only had about 100g but I cooked it in butter, onions and bell pepper. I thought maybe I ate too fast or the combination of ingredients that I cooked it in.

I wonder if making it into a pate would help with digestion or maybe something else is going on?

Do you cook other meats in butter, onions, and bell pepper? Any issues with those meals? Is this more or less meat than you usually eat (I don't know what grams would look like in terms of volume of food)?
