    Turkey frittata with avocado

    Primal Fuel
I invented this when I bought ground turkey and didn't want to make patties. It sounds weird, but baked avocados tastes like potatoes and the combination with turkey and cheese is very good

    What you need:
    approx. 1lb of ground turkey
    two ripe avocados
    5 eggs
    butter
spice - salt, pepper, paprika, garlic...
some cheese - if you eat

I fried meat and avocados on butter, add spice, transfer it to baking pan, add cheese and garlic, ad whisked eggs. I mixed it a little and baked it about half an hour on 360F. The surface should be golden.
