    IF, should I try it?

    Primal Fuel
    Maybe I'm just a little exaggerated, but I was wondering if IF is a good idea for me. I'm 15 and very lean (BMI: 19) but after reading about cell repair and many other wonderful things of intermittent fasting I was wondering if it would be a good idea for me to attempt it.

    What are your thoughts at the respect?

    I agree with Mr. Anthony. You are still growing. Feed those muscles! You'll get cell repair with your foods and sleep.

    At 15, your cells not only repair fast, you are growing tons of new ones
    Eat my friend, eat, and move your butt!! That's all you need now. And of course, eat real foods! Not junk ... and SLEEP!

    he can still eat enough and do IF !

    nothing wrong with IF at any age - just as long as your hitting your macros at days end

    A baby should eat very often to put on weight - every few hours or so! Kids and youths should eat at least 4 times per day when growing! After the age of 25 when fully developed you can come back to IF...
