I found this in Complete Idiot's Guide to Eating Paleo. It was used there as marinade for shrimp but I've found it's good as a sauce on pretty much all meat and veggies.
1 bunch cilantro
4 green onions
3 cloves garlic
Juice of 2 limes
Cumin, black pepper and salt
1/2 cup olive oil (I've used macadamia and a mix of the two)
Blend in blender or food processor.
