    Shop Now
    Hi,

Looking for some ideas for primal snacks. Currently just been pounding back the coconut oil and bananas.

What are some of your faves?

    Cheers

    Pickled onions
coconut (I cut one up and keep the pieces in the freezer - they're just as nice to suck on frozen)
cooked meat - I cook things like belly pork, steak, liver and cut them into bite-sized pieces and keep in the fridge. Also bacon
sardines, tinned tuna (with mayo), mackerel
Nut butters - but only 1 teaspoon at a time and I nibble on that.
nuts in the shell, like hazlenuts that require cracking to get at.
banana and egg pancakes with clotted cream ...
