    What's the word on soy milk?

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    I know soy beans are out but what about soy milk. Transitioning from dairy free vegetarian and have several cases of soy milk on hand.

    As I understand it, the soy in the U.S. is all GMO. That's one concern. Soy mimicks estrogen in the body. It totally screws with the endocrine system. I went through a period of time when I ate a lot of soy... that was just the beginning of my thyroid troubles.

    I've heard it can give men boobs. So if you are into that kind of thing, go for it! haha

    I was talking to a friend last week, who moved seamlessly from discussing her youthful love of soy lattes to her current issue with ovarian cysts.
