Lately I have seen a lot of people promoting the benefits of eating fruit on an empty stomach- and that fruit should only be eating on an empty stomach because it has different digestive enzymes that need to be broken down separately from other foods and if fruit is eaten with other foods, then it will ferment and the digestion of the other foods will block the uptake of nutrients of the fruit.....
So I decided to research this and there is about half people saying that this theory is BS and half people saying this is true....
I am confused....................

I eat fruit when I'm full. I eat fruit when I'm hungry. I'm still alive and healthy. Shocking, apparently? Honestly too many rules and bullshit floating around. Just eat.
