VLC on the go foods ideas?

Not really into cooking but prefer only cooking one meal a day if possible, just wondering what other food ideas you guys have?

Like for a lunch or breakfast something that don't involve getting it ready having to make each time, for example are there any foods you can make and leave in the fridge and eat throughout the week?

Bacon, cheese, hard boiled eggs (though I prefer devilled eggs), steak cubes, pâté, chocolate butter, nuts, carrot & celery sticks, pork cracklings, jerky, quiche....

Cook a big roast or chicken/turkey or meatloaf once a week and eat it throughout the week. can also make a huge pot of soup with broth, meat, veggies, and eat it throughout the week. Cold roasted chicken is delish. Tuna, shrimp, crab, egg, and chicken salad. Lettuce leaves to make a sandwich wrap.

Cheese, olives, berries, seaweed, macadamia nuts, coconut butter, 85% dark chocolate, unsweetened coconut flakes, shrimp cocktail, celery/carrot/pepper sticks, mushrooms, jerky, hard boiled eggs, Sausage, dill pickles, salsa, sour cream, grape tomatoes, meatballs, presliced meats, and canned clams are all low carb snacky foods.
