I made the brownie again and it was even better this time, so that even my dd said it actually was like brownie.

    This recipe's a keeper.

I dunno if anyone suggested it yet, but curried pumpkin (with lamb, onions, celery) worked great for us. I also do pumpkeroni and cheese for my kiddo (basically just like macaroni and cheese, I use cream-cheese to cook the pumkin in, then spread cheese on top and broil it to crispy-golden).

I just had a pumpkin porridge for breakfast (from canned since it's summer here). Got the recipe from chowstalker.

Basically toast nuts in coconut oil, add a half cup pumpkin mash (1 person), spices of your choosing, and 1/4 cup heavy cream. Then beat in two eggs (stir frequently on medium heat) . Top with pumpkin seeds.

    Was delicious.

I honestly eat pumpkin out of the can with cinnamon and stevia. However, I do love mixing it with eggs - I like to mix CHUNKS not puree - SO delicious

I like to oven roast peeled cubes of pumpkin tossed in coconut oil, chili powder, salt, and honey. But I have found mileage varies from pumpkin to pumpkin. Some pumpkins are sweet and delicious, and some are incredibly bland. So frustrating.

Turkey Pumpkin Burgers - It's like Thanksgiving at ANY TIME!!! I adore pumpkin (or butternut squash) with turkey, seriously an amazing combination! Dice a little shallot and spinach and mix those in the burgers too! So good!

and without salt and garlic and change the spices to cinnamon cloves and allspice, its dessert!

works with normal pumpkin too not just butternut. I've done it with kent/jap before.
