Okay tell me this. Do you see two pictures of ribs or just the one? There were two Tapatalk options.

Back to your regularly scheduled program. 10:29 pm there. Yawn.

Blimey, I thought they were cooked. I was ready to eat them like that.

How big is your slow cooker? Them must be elephant ribs, they're nearly as big as the bench.

Yeah I forgot I snapped the photo before they went in. I have two 6.5 QT slow cookers. The cool thing is you stand them on end (as in end of the bones) and wrap them around the oval bowl. I can fit 2 racks in each one. Now here is the bear..now I know how to attach photos here.

You should teach him how to do tricks and reward him with sugar cubes.
On second thoughts best not, he might have diabetes. Go on, give him half of one of my ribs.

Just realised. I'm on twenty nine days today. That's four weeks. Do I class that as a month? Or has it got to be thirty one.
Not that it's important. Being clean is the main thing.

So I'm doing a lot better now than I was early on. Feeling brighter, happier, fitter and I'm starting to enjoy things I never thought I would. My sense of humour is returning, I never thought I'd be able to laugh or have fun again. Not to mention my new found interest in cooking.

All the support and advice I've received here has been immense. It's helped me through the nights of insomnia and most of the time I couldn't wait to log in. I used to spend 90 % of my Internet time on a Sunderland afc football message board. (most defenatly not for anyone who would be offended, and I don't mean easily.) now I juggle between here and there at a ratio of 45% each.

What I want to say is I'm only on baby steps, I'm not naive enough to think otherwise.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to helping me. The private messages. The kind words, the everything! Either short or long messages.
Some of you have really pushed the boat out for me. You know who you are.

Heartfelt thank you to everyone. ( some might be thinking, is he pi$$ed? I'm not!)
