IMF with carb backloading & AM training
Has anyone ever combined the 3 . If so what was their results? & thoughts opinions....
I have been IMF for last 4 months with slow but good progress and just doing research & implementing the carb back loading protocols . But as I train AM I eat my carbs PM night before. (All a little strange ATM)
