    Bodyweight Calisthenics Hitting The Mainstream!

I'm incredibly excited to tell you all that there is an article in today's NY Times about bodyweight training that features me and my brother Danny. It's on page C30 of today's paper. Here's a link to the web version:

    http://www.nytimes.com/2013/06/14/ny...equipment.html

I've also got a new article on the mainstream fitness website Bodybuilding.com today:

    Bodybuilding.com - Hang Tough: A One-Move Isometric Core Solution!

It's a good day for Al Kavadlo and bodyweight training!

Al, congrats! I always find your posts so cool, even though apart from pull-ups all your other stuff is well beyond my abilities. It is more of the 'look what other people can do!'

C'mon Leida, We can do it! I have been working on Bodyweight Calisthenics for about a month. When I do my first handstand pushup, I am going to video it and send it to Al.

Congrats, Al, thanks for leading the charge...I assume that's the "charge" pose in your avatar?

Thanks for all the nice comments!

The primal community has been supportive of me for a long time and I won't forget you all now that I'm a big shot.

By the way, the new Primal Cravings Cookbook is great - Lots of fantastic recipes and beautiful photos. Just wanted to give it a quick shout out!
