So, not to sound too stupid. Do you add weight every time you lift or every time you repeat "A" or "B"? For example: Mon I lift "A"
Fri do I add weight or do I add on Wed?
Every time you lift. You do not repeat the weight unless you failed by more than one rep on one set. You deload after 3 tries at each weight.
You squat every workout. You add weight every time you squat. If you squat 45 on Monday, you squat 50 on Wednesday and 55 on Friday (assuming 5 lb jumps).
So you're never repeating a weight (until you stall)
