Day 3 on the 21 day transformation challenges us to plan a primal dinner party?

    Any menu ideas?

Cook everything simple. Cook everything separate. Sauce on the side.

I've served stuffed acorn squash for a primal dinner party. I use Alton Brown's recipe; double the pork and omit the rice:

I usually serve salad with it and then for dessert I'll make whipped cream with a little stevia and serve it with berries.

    Throw a Luau!

Roast pig, poi, salmon and/or ahi tuna salads, fruit. Desert would be Haupia, coconut milk and arrowroot starch pudding. Most recipes you search for will have sugar in it so if you want a sweet version maybe use stevia, fruit juice(pineapple? not sure I don't make sweet things) or just leave it unsweetened.

Good question! I find myself hosting 11 or 12 for dinner this coming Sunday and I'm not quite sure what to do. It's Father's Day and we will have company from Hong Kong as well so it needs to be something nice.

I do a mean Spinach Salad with homemade orange vinagrette so that'll be the salad course. Need a meat (perhaps to grill?) and maybe a stuffed squash for the other side.

    Salmi of guinea fowl
Roast forerib of beef, roast root vegetables (unless you're vlc, in which case stick with greens, I suppose)
Coconut cream panna cotta (I've made this w/o sugar, flavoured with vanilla and cardomon for guests with no complaints) with raspberries and dark chocolate

2 Tbsp orange juice (1/2 an orange, squeezed)
    1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 Tsp dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp olive oil
A few grinds each of salt and pepper
The zest of the orange you squeezed

Blitz it all up in the magic bullet

It's our favourite, I make it in quadruple batches once a week.

It's awesome with a salad of baby spinach, bacon, sauteed mushrooms (in the bacon grease of course), strawberries and paper thin red onions.
