I'm the same way. I spend too much time planning the food I'm going to eat. Partly bc I need some balance bc of having type 1 diabetes. I can't just fly by the seat of my pants, unfortunately. Anytime I'm planning to go out if town, my first thought is about how to get a healthy breakfast.
Btw... Your workouts look awesome! With doing the 4 reps, is best to gain strength? Right now, I'm just trying to focus on losing a bit of fat and keeping the muscle I have.
