    My apron says "Empty Bowls" on it. It was made to be used in the pottery studio to make bowls for a fundraiser for a hunger charity. I prefer to think of it as representing my empty vessel waiting for the seed.
    Female, 5'3", 49, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).
    I can squat 180lbs, press 72.5lbs and deadlift 185lbs
