    Phytic acid in nuts

    Primal Fuel
I've seen acid content charts for most nuts but never macs or cashews. I've heard a lot of the acid is found in the skin so I was wondering if this is why these nuts aren't posted.
I'm new to posting but have read the forums for quite awhile, so I'm hoping not to offend but if you have only a guess or a personal opinion please refrain from responding. This is an answer that has to be fielded by someone who has material to back up their answer as it has consequences to a personal health issue.
    thanks

    Digbysspoiled really your right,
Phytic acid is found within the hulls of nuts.
