Thursday, 4th of July!
Happy 4th to all you guys south of the 49th!!!
Had a very good 24 hours - both in terms of eating but also I did my first workout since the injury to the SI joint, and I feel really good!!!
B - 2 h/b eggs, coffee w' CO / cream / splenda
L - tuna & mayo
S - 3 slices of salami & small chunk of red cheddar
D - 4 hot dogs (as the shop didn't have steak so had to go for back up plan) & and apple
the 4 types of Heavy Lifting most basic phase / 2 reps of each to the max I could do which is weedy but better than nothing, followed by a 15 minute walk at lunchtime to walk off any initial reaction **did all this on empty stomach had not eaten for 4 hours prior**
Walked to the marina for sailing
Sailed for 3 hours - racing - we WON!!!!
Got the bus home (bows head in shame)
Moods / Welbeing:
SI joint is better, unaffected by the exercise I did which is amazing!!!!! And this morning it's fine too...! Well, not worse lets say.
Feeling happy, full of energy, positive, not had hives for AGES, skin clear, digestion and bathroom visits are regular
Sleeping well - and waking before my alarm (6.30am) for the last 2 days
Today, I am likely to miss dinner due to commitments after work, so I will probably have a banana on the run, and some salami / cheese.
I have a tape measure today, so I'm going to take some measurements and they'll be my base. I'm 3 weeks in, however I don't really think I've shrunk yet. It's been a struggle with the weight / size thing for me, but I'm not losing faith....
