Is this your first time going Primal? Trying to cut ties with food addiction? If so, I suggest avoiding it for the most part. If you've been doing this awhile and know you can live without sugar for days on end just fine, then moderation ought to be okay. I wouldn't go plopping tablespoons of it on your food every day like some sugar bugs around here, though.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
