I'm new hear... Been lurking for ages and finally decided to join up. I have started following the plan seriously now and thought a journal might help. My biggest problem is controlling my sweet tooth.
My stats are:
31 years old
Coffee and nakd bar (started new job today and didn't have time for a proper breakfast)
Roast chicken salad
Chicken leg (with skin)
Salad leaves, radishes, avocado, strawberries and balsamic vinegar ( soo yum!)
A few blueberries
May have some macadamias later.
Feeling good today!!
It looks pretty good to me but then what do I know I would say you could have some nuts if it was me I try to have a few mixed nuts every day
