Weight training programme
I'm new here and new to primal. I was after some advice I have just rejoined the gym (got a family deal so kids get free swimming lesions) and I am after some advice on a programme. I am currently 5'7" and 10st7lbs need to lose a stone and really want to tone up. The trainer at the gym is a stick thin runner who just gave me a really basic programme. Wondered if anyone could suggest a suitAble programme for me?
