Does anyone know what causes lipomas (fatty tumors under skin)?
I know that lipomas have a hereditary component; my dad had them and now I do. As I lose weight on PB, they seem to be getting more obvious on my arms and legs. When I rub my skin in some places it feels like there is a marble under there!
CW doctors/resources say 'we do not know what causes them.' And of course you can't get rid of them except to cut them out, so then you get to trade a lump for a scar!
Anyway, thought I would put this out there for someone with experience/perspective on this to respond.
As a neoplasm, I wonder if they respond at all to ketosis?
