I had chinese buffet a couple of months ago and I mainly stayed in the cold salad section. I had some sushi and anything that didn't have any sauces but damn I couldn't resist the fried chicken wings and green tea ice cream.

If there is a sushi buffet you might as well go to town on that. Probably the healthiest option there.

First start with eating only if you are hungry. Do that for about 3 weeks. Then evaluate: how is that working for you?

When I used to go to the Asian buffet I'd usually eat two or three plates piled to the top with mostly meat. No issues except acne from the weird oils on them. You cannot get fat in one meal. Go ahead and try. You can't. If you eat grains and other crap you can gain some water weight and bloat temporarily, but that falls off in three days or so.

I always eat beyond satiety. It just builds muscle. For me.

What happens when we overeat on primal foods?
We become slow and heavy and saber tooth tigers eat us.

    beautiful
    yeah you are

I mean there's so many ants in my eyes! And there are so many TVs, microwaves, radios... I think, I can't, I'm not 100% sure what we have here in stock.. I don't know because I can't see anything! Our prices, I hope, aren't too low!

I think overeating defies the purpose of being primal.

I love sushi. This is my post workout meal these days.
However, you need to be a little careful about the source. I would not save money on this one.
    Few but ripe.

If it's genuinely all primal (hard to say at a buffet though), then you might feel less bloated than you would from a carb heavy meal and you'll likely retain less water, but you'll still gain some fat. Can't escape that one.

Although one meal? Not to worry.

I mean, are you doing this daily or something?
