Booked a 10 day trip straight from a Chicago patent OCI interview process to Austin... Realized my school's own OCI (big law firm hiring process) are on those days. Soooo missing my family, friends, and Texan BBQ. ;(
Food-wise: cutting back on nuts/coconut cream/dark choco. Too much plant fats lately and not enough animal fat. Building muscle but not losing fat so hopefully this will help.
Good. Just finished first round of interviews (12 interviews the first day, 4 the second). Trying not to freak out I haven't exercised much the last 2 weeks between my birthday, interviews, etc. Found this old gym pic and pic is due so here it isImageUploadedByMarks Daily Apple Forum1375543729.281044.jpg
Not my best shape but whatever. I aim to be better.
I still have another round of interviews to go through this week and then visiting my family in Austin (bbq!!!) so I am going to just try to maintain shape for the next 2-3 weeks. I also have to study for the patent bar and start classes soon.
Groceries at tj's today... Will supplement with sauerkraut, liver, lamb shoulders, and boneless beef ribs from the butcher shop for the week. ImageUploadedByMarks Daily Apple Forum1375657971.124540.jpg
First callback interview today!!! Ahhh.
Btw I have noticed that I no longer have the worst symptoms of "nerves" when I am under high pressure on primal. I am thankful I discovered mda before entering into the legal profession.
Adding butter chai tea to my rotation with extra cinnamon. Yum.
Girl, you look great. Nice ass.

I still have a belly but I guess I look better? My arms look huge here which is not really true in real life. Now lifting 20lbs for 12-13 reps on arms/shoulders. Working towards 20+ reps. I still suck at pull-ups though. ImageUploadedByMarks Daily Apple Forum1376356327.139596.jpg
Trying to go back to all animal diet ("s&e") save for random bits of veggies (restaurants) once in a while. Difficult when I am going through 30-40 interviews in 2 weeks (29 down now) for law firms and traveling a lot. To say I am busy is an understatement since I also have law journal, patent bar studying, and fellowship application commitments. ;(
I just want to lose my belly already...such a slow process, but I have never felt better so I know I found the right track for me.
Last. Interview. Before. Vacation! After today's I will spend a few hours sending out fellowship apps and then pack for Austin! So excited for real BBQ and tons of family time. I very much need this break between classes and interviews.
I have been "eating perfect" the past few days...finally not afraid to add tons of butter to my tea and coffee while leaving off the avocado/coconut cream. I think I am getting noticeably leaner as a result. I will be having an avocado today though since there is a ripened one sitting in my apt. I think after I get rid of the guacamole and avocado I will refrain from buying more since it is becoming apparent that I need less unsaturated fat and more saturated to lean out.
