Hmmm...looking at Yogabare's poll, it's possible that ~20% of us stay under 50 gm carbs a day long-term, so your chart doesn't really work for me. Nice looking, though!

Start Gluten-Free/Soy-Free: December 2012; start weight 158lbs, Ladies size 6
Start Primal: March 2013, start weight 150lbs, Ladies size 6
Current: 132lbs, Ladies size 2
26lbs lost since cutting the crap.
Mark's chart helped me immeasurably when I first started Primal. It was one of the first things that "clicked". Realizing that they eat far too many carbs is a good first step for those on the SAD diet. Primal carbs are a different story, but it's a good starting point for someone just learning about this stuff.
