Has anyone checked out the Robb Wolf fish oil calculator? This guy is really high on fish oil apparently because he recommends taking in pretty extreme amounts. Based on my body-weight, even eating strictly PB, it says I should be taking in 7 tsp per day! That's expensive and pretty nasty. Does anyone here have thoughts on this? I eat fatty fish once or twice a week and leaner white fish once per week. I also eat all grass fed beef and pastured chicken but while they're higher in O3's than conventional, they're still not all that O3 rich.
