I just had my first thyroid panel done. The test for cortisol was taken at 10:00am and was 23.9 ug/dL. No standard range was given.
What is the standard range? What is a 'good' number for that time of day?
I have horrible sleeping problems and have been wondering if my cortisol - melatonin cycle was off. Now I still don't know because no guidance was given.
Is it possible to change the numbers or the cycle? How?
