    Mofongo!

This is my version of a traditional Puerto Rican dish. My family absolutely loved it!

I eat mashed plantain with coconut and cinnamon all the time, but this looks much tastier!

I had never heard of mofongo until I saw it on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. I want one of those clay thingies in which to beat it up.

Yours looks scrumptious even without the clay thingy.

The clay thing is called a Pilon I just mashed it with a potato masher and molded it with my hands to get that shape.

If you guys try it out, please let me know what you think.
