    I eat mashed plantain with coconut and cinnamon all the time, but this looks much tastier!

    Lots of: urban hiking, cycling, sprinting
    Lots of: fresh meat, seafood, eggs, organs, tubers, starch fruits, vegetables, meat fat, dairy fat, oil fruits
    Some: cured meat, dairy protein, sweet fruits, rice, pulses, tree nuts, oil seeds
    Minimal: soy, refined proteins, sugar, liquid carbohydrate, grains, refined oils, peanuts

    I had never heard of mofongo until I saw it on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. I want one of those clay thingies in which to beat it up.

    Yours looks scrumptious even without the clay thingy.

    The clay thing is called a Pilon I just mashed it with a potato masher and molded it with my hands to get that shape.
