    Sugar Nation..a good read

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
I'm plodding through a new book called "sugar Nation" by Jeff O'Connell.

Well worth a read if your interested in diabetes and its history and how to avoid it.

Thanks Richard, I just checked it out on Amazon. One review is saying: "Jeff O'Connell exposes what has got to be one of the largest health "crimes" ever committed in the history of health, medicine, and nutrition"...I'm really tempted to read this book and put it on my wishlist.

The whole sugar thing is also an issue for me as sometimes I experience extreme cravings for sweets and I have to drink a lot of water to overcome these phases. I found these tips quite useful 10 Tips on How To Stop Sugar Cravings - Overcome Sugar Addiction - YouTube

Indeed; stuff's like crizzak. Can I get away with using that word? Oh well.

Occasionally I cave. Today I had some French Crullers. You're never quite free from the grip of addiction.
