Hello all here I am as of recent. 37yo 5'6" 267 lbs (down from 295 when I started Crossfit 3 months ago). My goal is sub 15% bodyfat regardless of what weight that entails. And I have finally embraced the "primal" methodology. Today is day 2 of going as strict as possible. Wife is participating in. The as well with me which makes it much easier. I noticed yesterday that with no grains whatso ever I was in a stupor and extremely tired last night is this something that will go away as my body adjusts?
