Is dandelion/chicory root tea (coffee substitute) primal? What about granulated forms? And is it beneficial?

Sorry presses send accidentally ... The chicory coffee substitute I used to drink had barley and rye added, so in that case no, not primal...

Unless what you have is grain/gluten free?

The Teeccino brand has a grain free line of flavors. Totally Primal and very delicious.

No grains in my dandelion tea : )

I heard some crazy man talking about how it cured his cancer; the internet also tells me its a "liver tonic"... I just wanted to cut back on caffeine and sleep better! But it got me wondering what I was really drinking...

I buy bulk roasted dandelion root and chicory. Both grow wild where I live, I really should collect the wild stuff and roast it myself.
    Most definitely primal.
