I'm cooking some right now!
It's quite easy. If they have been cleaned by the butcher (usually the case), this is what you do:
- Cut into ~ 4 oz pieces.
- Sprinke with some salt and lemon juice.
- Grill for ~ 15 - 25 min / side or broil in hi for 20-30 min/side.
Add some more lemon juice before serving.
