    Hands down BEST DIP

Chipolte Cheese Spread(for the hot spice lovers!)

2 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, softened OR container of greek yogurt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese(optional if you do dairy) or 1/2 cup coconut cream
    3 finely chopped green onions
3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 teaspoon of adobo sauce from the can
1/2 teaspoon each of Creole seasoning, ground cumin, chili powder
    1/8 teaspoon hot sauce

Process all in food processor until combined. Cover and chill.

THIS STUFF IS SO FREAKING GOOD i cannot even tell you. use it in an omlette, on a burger, hollow out a zuchinni or cucumber and stuff it in, any veggies, stuffed in a piece of chicken, stuffed in mushroom caps

i made it last night with the greek yogurt and coconut cream...and i ate ALLL of it... it's one of those hot thick dips you keep eating even though you KNOW it's hot haha

Ooooh, it sounds yummy!!! Shame I can't get chipotle peppers (or adobo sauce) here in the UK...

I love hot cheesy dips, my favourite is made with feta, boiled eggs, butter and fresh chillies (and I add a glug of Jamaican hot sauce for good measure!)

I just made yet another batch of my fav dip:

Buffalo Chicken Dip (aka Chicken Crack, since it is so addictive)
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
1/2 or so of ranch dressing
1/4 - 1/2 cup of buffalo wings hot sauce
2 cups of shredded, cooked chicken
    Sliced jalapeno peppers, (opt)

Place cheeses in microwave safe bowl and zap in 30 second increments until all melty. Stir in sauces (more or less of each, depending on taste) and cooked chicken (and jalapenos if using). Mix well and pour into 8" square baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 min. Serve with celery sticks. Yum!
