I'm in...I'm already primal but I have been slipping up recently with sugary stuff so I need something to get me back on track, something a little stricter. I'm nowhere as bad as I used to be but this week it has caught up with me and I'm having stomach trouble again. So Monday - no nonsense for 21 days!! :-)

I know how you feel! The end of the school year is the worst. Kids bringing treats in... No time for meals... I don't even LIKE chocolate, but shoot, this time of year, my taste buds seems to love it!

From experience I do know that once I stop eating milk chocolate, sweets etc for a few days I no longer crave them, and actually feel actively put off eating them. So hard to get your brain to adhere though, when you're stuck in an eating/craving cycle! But I feel mentally ready to go without now, so this 21 day challenge will just give me some rules to stick to whilst I get the cravings out of my system. Then I'll hopefully be set to carry on with the good habits after 21 days is up. Good luck everyone
