Bacon for me works best! Or a very fatty meat like a grass fed rib eye. If it isn't grass fed, I do trim fat because that is the happy place for toxins to be stored.
It doesn't even take a ton of bacon: 2-4oz.
Exercise seems to exponentially increase my appetite. The more I exercise, the less weight I lose. I don't really gain, but I don't get smaller (just much stronger). I hate eating before I exercise so maybe I will try that first.
