Hello everyone. We're a family of 5 who are trying hard to stay paleo. Mostly for our oldest boy who is 16 and has autism. The benefits are inarguable. But here's my question, the boy wants what most 16 year old boys want-- to be big and muscly. How do we help him to bulk up without the carb overloading that is recommended in order to gain weight/muscle mass. He's doing the work at the gym... I'll welcome any and all help, thank you in advance.
