Breakfast at 7:45am:
3 eggs over easy (cooked in non stick)
steamed kale and vegetables; burdock, carrot, tomato, onion
3/4 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 red grapefruit
Supplements: Multi, 5,000 D3, Vit. C, omega 3
8:30am: 60 minute walk with dogs
10:15 Americano and 1/2 & 1/2
11:30 strength training

Use some fat to cook your eggs: tallow, lard or coconut oil are all good and will help you get more fat in your diet.
