Used Knox gelatin to make Kombucha Jell-o. It's in the freezer now. I'll report back if the universe doesn't implode from awesomeness before we get to taste it.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

I've made tea jello many a time. Fermented tea jello is indeed another level of awesomeness.

Do you brew your own booch or is it store bought?

Homebrew, fizzy brown plain homebrew with a touch of molasses. Green tea and white sugar. Easy peasy!

I tried making tea jello, didn't add enough gelatin and ended up with a sloppy mess. I should really have another go.

Great idea Knifegill! I've got plenty of home brew K and gelatin.
