    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    Those are my kitty push-ups. I tried to do push-ups and the cat got in my way. So I combined the two. How could I resist kitty's fuzziness?!

    So are you folks measuring your guns relaxed or flexed? Pre or post workout? :-)
