    Yeah, but I highly recommend curtsying to just below parallel. Stretch reflexes and hamstrings and all that.

    Of course you should allow a qualified individual to check your form from several angles before you progress to the full exercise. Yoga pants are acceptable attire for this purpose.

    life is really all about yoga pants, isn't it?

    ironically, most of the women who wear them have never set foot inside a yoga studio

    very true. although I actually love yoga. I did it fairly regularly for 2-3 years a while back, and have been trying to go once a week lately. its good for my back.
    I have a lot of hard miles on my body from before I realized I'm not 100% invulnerable. Now I just think I'm 75% invulnerable. -Mr. Anthony
