anybody know much about pea hull fiber as a flour substitute? I found it at a local gluten free store when I was looking for coconut flour. It's around half the price of coconut flour. Per 100g it has 5g of protein and 0g of carbs. I'm assuming the 0 carb part means it's OK as a PB food item.
