Has anyone mentioned avocado yet? Add it to every meal, plus as much olive oil and butter as you can consume without them getting suspicious.

Dairy, raw if you can get it, all of it. Coconut Oil and milk. Avacados and nuts. Canned or fresh fish, especially sardines, mackeral, cod, anchovies, tuna, and fish oil.

Being a teenager is hard in itself. Your parents love you. Love yourself and them. Try to make things as easy as possible. Get lots of really good sleep, your body is growning and changing at a tremendous rate. Don't expect your parents to change, that's really unlikely.

I'm trying to picture myself as a rebellion platform. LOL. Ridiculous.

Well, thanks for all your advice!

And can I store avocado sliced in containers and put it at every meal or it would rot?

    Yeah different from mine:
    -All meats with fat
    -Organ Meat
    -All veg
    -Cheese, Milk
    -Butter, olive oil
    -Some Fruit, Some nuts
    -Some Beans & legumes
-Some bread, Some rice (No pasta. No processed food, or take sways - didn't exist)
-No Sweets (except a small amount of honey, sugar, sweet fruits)
-Walked and did physical work, fresh air

Note: most foods ( meats, veg and cheese was home grown).

Low fat (anything) did not exist, fat was NOT cut away but eaten.
