barbeque soup week 8 or some such.
Last week I tried one of the primal barbeque recipes made from beef broth and tomato paste. Anyhow i found it pretty tasty and ate a 12 oz can of beef chunks soaked in the stuff.
I took the leftovers ( 1/2 cup ) and dropped it in the pan that cooked this mornings bacon along with more beef broth, garlic, black pepper and I took 3/4 cup of dried tomatoes from last year and threw them in my coffee grinder for 20 seconds and tossed that in.
Made for a very nice tomato soup.
Added a splash of EVOO as well.
I've dropped about 7 pound so far.
Even went off the wagon and ate popcorn ( only half a small bag ) drank Nestea and half a dozen red vines at the movie last night.
