I bought a small amount of GF goat shoulder arm chops & have no idea how I should cook it. Any ideas?

Using primal as a tool to heal depression/anxiety & promote overall well-being:
I would braise it. Season and sear on each side, then add some broth to about 1/3 to 1/2 way covered, then cover over low heat for 3-4 hours. You can add herbs, spices, or anything else you feel like to the broth to flavor the meat some more while it cooks.
I want to inspire as many people as I can to cook more and step into a fun and easy relationship with food.
