That's what I tell people in the lab when we get these. I say, "Mmm, butter." And make slurping noises.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

The Boyfriend makes scrambled eggs, then melts butter on top once they're done. You wouldn't think it would make a big difference since they're already being cooked in butter, but it really does.

If you don't want it melted, you could just eat it by itself.
This was standard in many Australian households up until the 70s. Dinner would be meat and vegetables cooked simply. There would always be butter at the table to put on any or all of it
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

Grass fed butter on anything is worth trying once or twice.

    My favorites lately:
    Butter on smoked Gouda
    Butter on liver pâté
    Butter on smoked ham
Butter on fried egg swirled with buffalo sauce or garlic chili sauce
Butter, sea salt and almond on dark chocolate

How about butter on bacon? Surprised this has not been suggested yet.

You can spread butter, coconut oil, bacon fat, etc., on your lover/so/mate. It will only enhance her/his taste.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

So you can put butter on your blood, too.

    It looks like this:

Please elaborate a little, I'm still confused by this post.

That's blood, spun down, with lipid molecules in the plasma. Normally the liver breaks these fat molecules down for energy and the body uses that fat for fuel. But if the liver is not functioning properly OR you just ate too much fat for it to break down all at once, there will be a lot of fat in the bloodstream. It's nothing to worry about, usually. But it sure looks funny.
