    I feel run down if I get less than my ten hours of sleep. So, yes. Sleep.
    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    Sleep, one. The other is how much time do you manage to spent outdoors? If possible move as many chores as you can outside, it might help.
