Starbucks Blueberry Scone
Iced Green tea sweetened with syrup (HFCS?!)
Cheese pizza snacks (the whole box, 2 servings worth!)
peanut-butter filled ritz cracker sandwiches
Pesto pasta and garlic bread
a frozen waffle toasted with butter and syrup
Apple with almond butter
Hot tea with honey
Handful of almonds and pecans
Spinach salad with cauliflower, carrots, hardboiled egg, mozarella and yogurt dressing
Unsweetened iced tea
Banana and blueberries
Green tea with honey!
Rangers Lead the Way, Hooah!
Wow what a change!
Aside from the carbs, look at all the processed junk you've removed at the same time!

Thanks guys! I'm definitely a snacker. My portions are rediculously small, and I'm constantly eating I don't have a weight problem so I don't worry about it.
I was thinking about this the other day when reading one of those 'what did you have for lunch' threads. My Korg eating habits were similar to yours, e.g.:
Breakfast: Cheerios, whole wheat toast and jelly
Lunch: Quizno's sandwich and chips
Dinner: frozen pizza and beer
Snacks: Goldfish crackers, Little Debbie snack cakes (shudder)
Some days were worse, some days marginally better, but that is representative.
Exactly! Even if I haven't gotten 100% primal (yet) I've still made outstanding changes in my diet. Going from grains and processed packaged foods to whole meats and produce... it feels great.
You're still eating a lot of carbs...

Haha, isn't it funny how we used to think pop-tarts were food?? I was partial to the brown sugar cinnamon ones. Just thinking about it now conjures the exact sensation of eating cardboard.
