"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.
In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

When I was taking flexoril for an injury, I slept like the dead, and apparently it gives most people extremely vivid dreams. My dreams are already pretty wild so other than remembering them upon semi waking into the sleep zombie mode in the morning the only difference was lack of pain and presence of deep sleep.
The only thing I've found really helps with my sleep quality is the reverse alarm so that I turn off all the lights, including technology, eight hours before I have to get up. It's not 100%, but sometimes just being in a dark room puts me to sleep.
I'll try more THC, but I think my tolerance for it is too high... Pun not intended, as it never even makes me high anymore.I used to work at a glass plant. We had 12-hour shifts. 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am. Every two weeks, we switched.
Sleeping on that schedule was tough, but I've found THC to be a great supplement in this regard.
He who dares not offend cannot be honest.
Get some canni oil and start supplementing orally. The dude who cures cancer says he wants to work up to 2g a day!
